The Shallot Food Crayon is perfect to add flavor and freshness to your meals. It can be an excellent addition to fresh salsas, work well in tomato-based salsas, fruit salsas, or herb-based salsas.
A few shallot shavings can be a perfect addition to green salads. This flavor pairs well with vinaigrette dressings or light citrus-based dressings. On dips and dressings, such as yogurt-based sauces, aioli, or mayonnaise-based dressings, to add a gentle onion note. On steaks and seafood including ceviche, oysters, or grilled fish.

Apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, water, salt, Agar-agar, shallot powder, gluten free tamari, locust bean gum.
