Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate 70%
- 100g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
- Crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
- Using a whisk, mix the sugar with the egg yolks.
- Then, mix the melted chocolate with the butter into the sweetened egg yolks.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding a pinch of salt.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture with a fork until a smooth mousse forms.
- Spoon the mixture into ramekins and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set the mousse.
- Add shavings of Ghost Pepper Crayon!
