The Porcini Food Crayon with its deep umami taste and meaty texture, is perfect for refined and diverse culinary pairings. The porcini has an earthy flavor that pairs particularly well with savory meats. It complements grilled or roasted meats (beef, roasted duck, lamb); creamy pastas and risottos; grilled or mashed vegetables; fine cheeses; soups and broths; and Asian cuisine.

Water, porcini mushroom juice, porcini, natural aroma of black truffle, apple cider vinegar, gluten-free tamari, natural porcini mushroom flavor, salt, agar-agar, and locust bean gum.
