The Dill Food Crayon, made from fresh dill, has a light and delicate flavor. Its herbal taste, with hints of citrus and anise, is slightly reminiscent of fennel but is milder and lighter.

The Dill Food Crayon pairs perfectly with fish dishes, especially salmon. It also adds delicious flavor to salads, sauces, marinades, and vegetable dishes, particularly those featuring cucumbers and potatoes.

Ingredients:
Water, apple cider vinegar, fresh dill, agar-agar, salt, natural dill flavor, canola oil, gluten-free tamari, chlorophyll, locust bean gum.

Serving size
The recommended amount of shavings per plate is 5 to 10, depending on your preference and the size of the serving. For bite-sized servings or drinks, you can use 1 or 2 shavings to enhance the taste.

Shelf life and storage
The Black Garlic Crayon has a shelf life of up to 12 months. Once you open it, make sure to keep it stored in its tube in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness and quality.
