Ingredients:
- Sushi rice
- Rice vinegar
- Cucumber
- Red bell pepper
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Bluefin tuna
- Spicy mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
- Cook the sushi rice.
- Add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to the cooked rice.
- Let it rest.
- Cut the tuna into cubes.
- Place 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and olive oil on the tuna, then set aside.
- Slice the vegetables or cut them into brunoise (small cubes).
- Place a bed of rice at the bottom of a bowl.
- Add the vegetables and fish on top.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle spicy mayonnaise over the entire bowl.
- Spice up your poke bowl with the Ghost Pepper Crayon.
