Ingredients (in order):
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 3 tbsp butter (or plant-based butter)
- Half an onion
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Indian Sauce Bar
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of cream (or soy cream)
Preparation:
- Cook the chicken in olive oil until golden.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the onion.
- Add the Indian Sauce Bar and melt it by adding the water.
- Add the tomato paste. This will create the sauce.
- Add the butter and cream.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir, serve, and enjoy! ;)
