Butter Chicken | Indian Instant Sauce Bar

Ingredients (in order):

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp butter (or plant-based butter)
  • Half an onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Indian Sauce Bar
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of cream (or soy cream)

Preparation:

  1. Cook the chicken in olive oil until golden.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the onion.
  4. Add the Indian Sauce Bar and melt it by adding the water.
  5. Add the tomato paste. This will create the sauce.
  6. Add the butter and cream.
  7. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Stir, serve, and enjoy! ;)
