French Toast with Bananas and Maple Syrup | Banana Rum Crayon

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Bread or brioche
  • Butter
  • Banana
  • Maple syrup

Preparation:

  1. Mix the eggs with the milk and sugar.
  2. Slice the bread or brioche into triangles.
  3. Dip the slices into the mixture, ensuring the bread is soaked but not too long to prevent it from becoming too soggy and falling apart in the pan.
  4. Melt the butter in the pan.
  5. Add the soaked bread or brioche.
  6. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Serve with banana slices and maple syrup.
  8. Sprinkle with shavings of the Banana Rum Crayon.
