- 2 eggs

Preparation:
- Mix the eggs with the milk and sugar.
- Slice the bread or brioche into triangles.
- Dip the slices into the mixture, ensuring the bread is soaked but not too long to prevent it from becoming too soggy and falling apart in the pan.
- Melt the butter in the pan.
- Add the soaked bread or brioche.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with banana slices and maple syrup.
- Sprinkle with shavings of the Banana Rum Crayon.
