Tangerine Bubbles | Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Cointreau
  • 3 oz white cranberry juice
  • 1642 Yuzu
  • Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon
  • 3 oz Fiol Prosecco DOC

Garnish Idea:
Rim the glass with a bit of Cointreau and shave a few Tangerine & Cinnamon Food Crayon shavings on top.

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, pour all the ingredients except the Prosecco.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the entire contents of the shaker into a champagne flute.
  4. Top with Fiol Prosecco DOC bubbles.
  5. Stir gently with a spoon to blend everything smoothly.
