Bruschetta | Chili & Garlic Crayon

Ingredients:

  • Half a baguette, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili & Garlic Crayon

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  3. Cut the tomatoes, keeping only the flesh (remove seeds and excess liquid).
  4. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, green onion, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and remaining olive oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top the toasted bread with the mixture.
  7. Sharpen the Chili & Garlic Crayon on top for an extra kick! 🌶
