Bruschetta | Chili & Garlic Crayon
Ingredients:
- Half a baguette, sliced
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup basil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili & Garlic Crayon
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Cut the tomatoes, keeping only the flesh (remove seeds and excess liquid).
- In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, green onion, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and remaining olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top the toasted bread with the mixture.
- Sharpen the Chili & Garlic Crayon on top for an extra kick! 🌶
